At Skillasy, our goal is to provide a meaningful and rewarding learning experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on our platform (“Platform”).

By purchasing or accessing any course, subscription, or service on Skillasy, you agree to the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for qualifying purchases under the following conditions:

1.1 Single-Course Purchases

You may request a refund if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and

  • Less than 10% of the course has been completed

Once progress exceeds 10%, the course becomes non-refundable.

1.2 Subscription Plans

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The request is made within 3 days of the first subscription payment, and

  • No course content has been accessed

Renewal payments are non-refundable unless covered under special circumstances (Section 5).

1.3 Duplicate Purchases

If the same course or plan is purchased more than once unintentionally, a full refund may be granted for the duplicate transaction.

1.4 Technical Issues

Refunds may be issued if:

  • You experience a verified technical issue preventing course access, and

  • The issue remains unresolved for more than 5 business days, despite troubleshooting assistance

1.5 Non-Eligible Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Courses with more than 10% progress

  • Certification fees, exam fees, or digital credentials

  • Activated group licenses or seats

  • Custom training contracts or enterprise agreements

  • Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases unless required by law


2. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email support@skillasy.co.uk

  2. Include:

    • Order ID or transaction reference

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for the request

  3. Allow up to 7 business days for review and approval

Incomplete information may delay processing.

Skillasy may request proof of issue, screenshots, or account activity logs if needed.


3. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Skillasy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors

Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate payment accounts.


4. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Platform until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time, unless eligible under Section 1

Stopping payment or initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of course access

  • Denial of future refunds


5. Special Circumstances

At Skillasy’s discretion, refunds may be granted beyond standard eligibility for:

  • Medical or health emergencies

  • Billing errors

  • Unauthorized duplicate accounts

  • Verified accidental purchases

Documentation may be requested to support claims.

These decisions are made in good faith and do not establish precedent.


6. Denial of Refund Requests

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The request violates policy terms

  • There is evidence of abuse, misuse, or fraud

  • Course materials have been accessed or downloaded beyond eligibility

  • Sufficient information is not provided to validate the request

Decisions are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.


7. Compliance With Local Laws

Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, Skillasy will comply with those requirements. In cases of conflict, the law of the user’s jurisdiction may prevail.
